Mission
Serving individuals with disabilities is our mission. In many cases, applicants are denied upon their initial application for benefits. Sometimes the medical records do not tell the full story of why you are unable to work resulting in denial of your benefits. Our job is to help you tell your story. Mr. Harmon started working in the Social Security Disability Court (Office of Hearings Operations) in 2012 as a Vocational Expert (VE) and testified in more than 4000+ Disability Cases. He later decided to continue his work on behalf people who may have been denied their disability benefits by becoming registered as a “EDPNA” representative. This prestigious registration offered by SSA is available to individuals with experience in this part of the law. The registration requries the applicant to pass an arduous three (3) hour examination and maintain 20 hours of annual continuing education. In 2019, Mr. Harmon received his registration as an EDPNA (Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney).
